قرر الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم اليوم تكليف فاطمة سامورا، الأمين العام للفيفا، رئاسة اللجنة التي ستتكفل لمدة 6 أشهر بإحداث إصلاحات في هياكل الاتحاد الإفريقي لكرة القدم مثل الهيئات المالية والإدارية، في ظل الأزمات التي عاشها الكاف في الفترة الأخيرة خاصة مباراة نهائي دوري أبطال إفريقيا بين الترجي التونسي و الوداد المغربي و إيقاف أحمد أحمد في فرنسا من أجل التحقيق معه في اتهامات فساد موجهة له.

I’ve just spoken to another @CAF_Online exco member: “We cannot resolve the problems of African football internally. There are too many intrigues within our affairs. Even national governments are involved. So, it is better @FIFAcom gets involved and helps us to clean the mess.”

Moi je trouve que la direction de espérance les juristes l’es avocat savent se qu’il font est au contraire je trouve qu’il on été au top les 2 3 jour qui on suivi la décision de paris il on parler par intermédiaire de touati est depuis silence il prenne leur temps il attend le dernier moment bien travaillé le dossier

BREAKING: The executive committee of @CAF_Online is meeting this morning, to “ask @FIFAcom to come into our organisation and conduct a forensic and administrative review,” an executive committee member of @CAF_Online tells me on Wednesday morning.

“The executive committee is going to sit on Wednesday to make this request. It is expected that @fatma_samoura will spend considerable time in Africa, to play a leading role in this forensic audit, that is expected to last several months,” the @CAF_Online exco member says.

“This is happening because we, as the executive committee of @CAF_Online, failed to scrutinise the activities of the organisation. We are basically asking FIFA to step in and do what we are supposed to do,” the exco member admitted.

After Amr Fahmy’s dismissal, as @CAF_Online General-Secretary, on 11 April, the exco approved a forensic administrative & financial audit of its own. But nothing has been done to start the process. That plan, in the light of today’s news, has been abandoned.

This meeting, where @CAF_Online exco members will “request” for FIFA’s direct intervention into its administrative and financial affairs, takes place at the @CairoMarriott, which is the operational HQ for the organisation during the #TOTALAFCON2019

When I asked the @CAF_Online exco member if their request for @FIFAcom, to intervene in its affairs, is not a severe indictment of the 22-person exco, of which he is a part, this is what he had to say: “There is no doubt that this is what the public...

... will draw from this action. We should have cleaned our own house. It is our sole responsibility. But because we have failed to do it, FIFA is now stepping in, at our request, to do what we should be doing. It is a damning indictment of us,” he said.

BREAKING: This is now officially approved by the @CAF_Online Executive Committee, at their meeting at the @CairoMarriott, the operational base for the #TotalAFCON2019 in Egypt.

The “collaboration” between @FIFAcom and @CAF_Online will be for SIX MONTHS. @fatma_samoura, FIFA’s General Secretary, will be “FIFA’s High Commissioner for Africa.” The next six months are going to be very interesting times for African football.

According to a document provided by a @CAF_Online source, @fatma_samoura will be the “@FIFAcom High Commissioner for Africa” from the proposed date of 1st August 2019 to 31st January 2020.” Samoura will remain as the Secretary-General of FIFA during this period.

“She (@fatma_samoura ) will delegate her functions within the @FIFAcom administration in accordance with the relevant regulations.” There is an option for a renewal of the commissionership at the end of the 6-month term, if @CAF_Online & FIFA mutually agree to do so.

What will be the role and powers of @AHMADCAF2017, General Secretary Mouad Hadji and the @CAF_Online executive committee, during the period of Samoura’s six-month commissionership? We wait for @CAF_Media or better still, @fifamedia, to explain things to us...

FINALE RETOUR DE LA LIGUE DES CHAMPIONS AFRICAINE 2018-2019 : LE WYDAD CASABLANCA N'A PAS SAISI LE TAS

Des sources marocaines ont indiqué que le Wydad Athletic Club n'a pas reçu de notifications de la part de la Confédération Africaine de Football au sujet de la finale retour de la Ligue des Champions africaine 2018-2019.

Ces sources ont précisé que seule l'Espérance Sportive de Tunis avait reçu cette notification et elle seule pourra saisir le Tribunal Arbitral du Sport.

Les dirigeants du Wydad Casablanca ont indiqué qu'en cas d'appel de la formation tunisienne devant le TAS, alors ils se dirigeront également vers cette instance.

Le Wydad précise qu'en cas de décision du TAS, le match ne sera pas rejoué et l'une des deux formations remportera le titre.

Ça c’est excellent. Lorsque une chaîne mondiale et crédible comme la BBC utilise le mot “boycotter” ça c’est très bien, cela confirme El Harba mta3 El Wydad et comment les gens neutres et crédibles voient les choses. Bravo BBC.

Le président des arbitres espagnols à propos de la main involontaire de l’attaquant : c’est une règle déjà appliquée en Espagne selon le bon sens. En fait c’est partout comme ça. Il n’y a jamais eu de débat volontaire / involontaire en dehors du contexte de pénalty. C’est ce que l’arbitre égyptien a fait au match aller à Casa et c’est pour cela qu’il a eu une excellente note.

Encore, c'est le refus de jouer qui a foutu le match en l'air : "was marred by a boycott..." qui n'aurait pas du suivre la défaillance du VAR ! L'utilisation de la voix passive en anglais est splendide ici : l'auteur avance le "receiver" - le sujet qui subit l'action, qui est, regardez bien, très détaillé : on n'a pas uniquement : "this month's African Champions League final", mais aussi un prélude loin d'être gratuit : "Caf's flagship club match". Les qualificatifs devançant 'final' et 'match' donnent tout le poids à la plus grande compétition du continent, de surcroit la grande finale, ce qui rend encore plus significatif le 'crime' du "agent" - celui qui fait l'action. L'abandon gagne ainsi en intensité !
