Kenyan champions Gor Mahia FC (GMFC) will host their Tunisian opponents Espérance Sportive de Tunis (EST) in Machakos Stadium on Wednesday, March 7, 2018.

In the first round of the 2018 CAF Champions League qualifiers, K'Ogalo drew against Equatoguinean champions Leones Vegetarianos 1-1 in Malabo to eliminate them 3-1 on aggregate. Tunisia's Blood and Gold thrashed ASAC Concorde 5-0 at home last Wednesday to sail through to the next round (6-1 on aggregate) having secured a 1-1 away draw in the first leg played in Nouakchott, Mauritania.

The reverse fixture is scheduled for March 17 in Tunis.
