South Africa’s Bennett will referee Tunisia - Liberia

The African Football Confederation (CAF) has appointed South African Daniel Bennett to referee the AFCON 2017 Group A last-day qualifier pitting Tunisia against Liberia on September 4, 2016 in Monastir (6:30 p.m.).

Bennett will be assisted by his compatriots Zakhele Thusi Siwela and Mothibidi Stevens Khumalo.

Tunisia and Liberia are topping Group A with 10 points followed by Togo (8 pts) and Djibouti (0 pt).

Top finisher of each group (13) will qualify for the final stage of AFCON (Gabon 2017), along with the best two runners-up and the host country.
