Esperance Sportive de Tunis defeated Cameroon's FAP 29-22 (first half:11-11) at an Africa Handball Clubs Championship Group A day 4 game played on Tuesday in Hammamet.

This is the third win for Esperance after those secured against JSK (DR Congo) 29-28 and APR (Rwanda) 58-20.

In the other group match, JSK defeated Caiman (Congo) 36-32
