Day 2:
Esperance ST - C. Africain
US Ben Guerdane or CA Bizertin – ES Metlaoui

Day 3:
ES Metlatoui – CS Sfaxien
Esperance ST – CA Bizertin or US Ben Guerdane
ES Sahel – C. Africain
Day 4:
CS Sfaxien – Esperance ST
C. Africain – US Ben Guerdane or CA Bizertin

Day 5:

NB: the last qualifying ticket for the play-off phase contended between US Ben Guerdane and CA Bizertin will be known at the ultimate day of the first phase.
The last day of the playoff phase will take place in the second week of May.
