Espérance Sportive de Tunis (EST) stunned Association Sportive de Kasserine (ASK) 5-0, scoring once in the first half and four times in the second through Taha Yassine Khenissi, twice, the first being from the spot (12' and 75'), Saâd Beguir (49'), Bernard Bulbwa (80') and Idriss Mhirsi (90'). Haythem Jouini missed a spot-kick, though (87').

Ammar Souayah's rebuild of Espérance goes on as the team is now second in Ligue 1 with 15 points. Club Sportif Sfaxien (CSS) are top of the table with 6 wins and 18 points.
