Tunisia’s soccer Ligue 1 (2017-2018 season) will kick off next August 15, the Tunisian Football Federation announced at the meeting of its steering committee held on Thursday night.

The Ligue 1 will be composed of 14 teams, with the sides ranking 13th and 14th relegating to Ligue 2 while the team finishing 12 playing off against the team ranking third in the playoff phase of Ligue 2.
