Esperance ST to play ES Sahel at quarter-final

Esperance ST, host club, finished 2nd in Group A at the African Volleyball Club Championship after defeating Cameroon's Bafia 3-0 (25-9, 25-15, 25-10), at a day-5 game.

In Group D, Tunisia's ES Sahel finished on the top after beating Benin's AS Police 3-0 (25-6, 25-14, 25-19).

The two Tunisian clubs will clash at the quarter-final next Thursday in Zouaoui Hall, Tunis.

In other quarter-final games, Group B leader Libya's Alswehly will play Group C runners-up compatriot Assaraya, Algeria's Bordj Bouaridj who topped Group C will face Group B runners-up Cameroon's FAP and Group A leader Egypt's Al Ahly will play Kenya's Prisons who ranked second in Group D.
