Joy Sports reports that Fifa have ordered Kumasi Asante Kotoko to pay Espérance € 153,000 "for illegally registering Emmanuel Clottey."

Clottey himself has previously been ordered by Fifa to pay the Blood and Gold $ 180,000 for premature cancellation of contract with the Tunisian giants.

Joy Sports adds that Clottey who "joined Kotoko at the commencement of the second round of the 2015 league season... is yet to feature in a competitive match due to this wrangling."

"Kotoko and Emmanuel Clottey have the end of next month to settle the debt," concludes the Ghanaian source.
