Tunisia unveil provisional World Cup squad

Tunisia coach Nabil Maaloul on Monday (14 May 2015) announced provisional 29-man squad for the FIFA World Cup Russia 2018.

The squad dominated by local-based players was without influential midfielder Youssef Msakni and Tunisia league topscorer, Taha Yassine Khenissi both injured.

The Carthage Eagles are expected to begin preparation on 25 May 2018 in Braga and will face Portugal in Lisbon three days later. The 2004 African champions will come up against Turkey in their final warm up game on 1 June 2018 in Sion, Switzerland.

The North Africans are housed in Group G alongside Belgium, England and Panama for their fifth appearance at the Mundial.
