Espérance Sportive de Tunis (EST) will play Horoya Athetic Club (HAC) of Conakry, Guinea, at the 1/16 finals of the 2017 CAF Champions League.

The first leg is scheduled for 10, 11 or 12 March 2017 (at Stade Olympique de Radès, Tunisia) and the second leg for 17, 18 or 19 March 2017 (at Stade du 28 septembre de Conakry, Guinea).
