Tunisian football team beat their Libyan counterpart 1-0, at a World Cup Africa Zone Group A day 2 qualifier (Russia 2018), played Friday night at Omar Hamadi Stadium in Algiers.

The only goal of the match was scored by Wahbi Khazri on penalty (50).

Thanks to this victory, the national team took temporarily... the lead of group A ranking, with 6 points, ahead of the DR Congo (3 points) that moves to Conakry Sunday to play Guinea, ranking last with Libya with 0 points.
