Espérance Sportive de Tunis conceded defeat to Al Ahly of Egypt 23-26 (13-15 halftime) at an African Handball Champions League final played Sunday in Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso).

Espérance had qualified for the final after beating Egypt's Zamalek 23-19.
